B.A. (Hons.) Psychology and B.A. (Hons. with Research) Psychology are undergraduate programs designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of human behavior, mental processes, emotions, personality development, and cognitive functions. The course focuses on scientific approaches to studying the mind and behavior, combining theoretical concepts with research methodologies and practical applications.

With the increasing awareness of mental health, counseling, and behavioral sciences, psychology has become one of the most popular undergraduate programs among students interested in understanding human behavior and pursuing careers in mental health, human resources, research, education, and social services.

The program generally follows the four-year undergraduate framework under NEP 2020, where students can graduate with a three-year B.A. (Hons.) Psychology degree or complete an additional fourth year to earn B.A. (Hons. with Research) Psychology. The research track prepares students for advanced academic research, postgraduate studies, and doctoral programs.
