| Alternative Academic Pathways | Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or UCEED or Under Graduate NID DAT (Prelims) or Under Graduate NIFT or NIFT B.FTech. |
| English Proficiency | For candidates who have not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off if the qualifying exam was conducted in English medium or an equivalent subject. |
| Relaxation for Special Categories | 5% relaxation is applicable for candidates from North-East states, Sikkim, Defence Personnel and their dependents, or wards of Kashmiri Migrants. |

- LPUNEST offers a convenient online mode, allowing candidates to take the exam remotely from home.
- Students may choose to transfer from the B.Design program to exit after three years with a B.Sc. degree, provided they meet the university’s policies and pay the relevant charges.
