Lovely Professional University (LPU) offers a unique B.Tech. in Mechatronics Engineering, blending Indian and international educational systems. This program provides an opportunity for students to complete their first two years at LPU in India, followed by the remaining two years at globally recognized partner universities abroad. Program Duration

The program is designed to be completed in four years. The first two years are spent at LPU, where students undergo rigorous theoretical and practical training in Mechatronics Engineering. The remaining two years are spent at a foreign partner university, offering a global perspective on the subject and allowing students to experience a different style of education, taught by internationally renowned academicians.

B.Tech. (ME - Mechatronics) Course Fee

The course fee for the B.Tech. (ME - Mechatronics) program at LPU is INR 98,000 per year. This fee is applicable for the first two years of study at LPU. The fees for the remaining two years of study at the partner university abroad are subject to the university’s fee structure.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech. (ME - Mechatronics) at LPU

To be eligible for admission to the B.Tech. (ME - Mechatronics) program at LPU, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with an aggregate of at least 60% marks in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and English.
• Entrance Exam: Candidates must qualify the LPUNEST exam. The exam can be taken online remotely or at the designated test centers.
• English Language Requirement: For candidates who did not study English as a subject in 10+2, the condition of English may be waived if the candidate’s qualifying examination was in English medium or included English as an equivalent subject.

Additionally, a 5% relaxation in marks is offered to the following categories:

• Students from North East states and Sikkim
• Children of Defence Personnel
• Wards of Kashmiri Migrants
