Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College

Established in 1969, Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College & Hospital (ANMMCH) is a renowned government medical institution located in Gaya, Bihar. Initially a private entity, it was taken over by the government in 1978 and renamed in 1984 to honor Dr. Anugrah Narayan Sinha, the first Finance Minister of Bihar and a prominent freedom fighter.

Affiliation & Recognition

ANMMCH is affiliated with Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna, and is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). It offers undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MD/MS) medical programs. The college admits 120 MBBS students annually through NEET UG and 31 MD/MS students through NEET PG.

Admission Process

Admissions to the MBBS program are based on NEET UG scores, with counseling conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. For MD/MS courses, admissions are through NEET PG scores. The annual fee for MBBS is approximately INR 22,200, making it one of the most affordable government medical colleges in Bihar.
