BABA Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS Vizag) is a private autonomous institution established in 2008 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The college is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Kakinada and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). 

The campus spans 15 acres and is equipped with modern facilities, including well-equipped laboratories, libraries, and classrooms. BITS Vizag is committed to providing quality education and has a focus on research and innovation. ​

• Eligibility: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics; minimum aggregate of 50%

• Selection: Based on AP EAMCET scores

M.Tech

• Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with minimum 50% marks

• Selection: Based on GATE or AP PGECET scores

MBA

• Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks

• Selection: Based on AP ICET scores
