Bethlahem Institute of Engineering (BIOE) is a Christian minority institution established in 2008 under the Nesamony Memorial Charitable Trust. The college is affiliated to Anna University and approved by AICTE. It was founded with the aim of providing world-class technical education to underprivileged students in rural areas. The institute follows an outcome-based learning model and emphasizes technical excellence, character building, and social responsibility.

Academics 

The institute offers a range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs across various engineering and technology disciplines. All courses are designed in accordance with Anna University norms and updated with emerging industry needs.

The academic calendar follows a semester-based system with a continuous evaluation process. Project-based learning, mini-projects, and industrial exposure are embedded into the curriculum.

Admission Process

Admission to the undergraduate B.Tech program is based on Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counseling conducted by the Department of Technical Education. Postgraduate admissions (M.E.) are done through TANCET or GATE scores. For PhD, candidates need to follow the Anna University research entrance norms.

The institute also reserves a percentage of seats for management quota under the minority category, in accordance with government regulations.
