Central Institute for Arid Horticulture, Bikaner

CIAH is a premier research institute under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) focusing on horticultural research and development in arid and semi-arid regions.

CIAH was established in 1993 and was elevated to a full-fledged institute on September 27, 2000.

CIAH is situated 10 km away from Bikaner city on National Highway No. 15 (Bikaner-Sri Ganganagar Road), Rajasthan, India.

CIAH conducts basic, strategic, and applied research to enhance sustainable productivity, quality, and utilization of horticultural crops in arid and semi-arid regions.
