It is the lead institution in Uttarakhand in the world bank project for TEQIP.

College of Technology Admissions:

• Admissions to B.Tech programs shall be made on the basis of merit in JEE conducted by CBSE, New Delhi.
• Admissions to MCA is made through entrance exam conducted by the admission committee of the university.

• College of Technology infrastructure facilities include hostels for both boys and girls.
• There are 22 hostels including 9 hostels for girls and 1 for married students with separate arrangements.
