Dharmsinh Desai University (DDU), established in 1968, was founded by Dharmsinh Dadubhai Desai in Nadiad, Gujarat, India. It is a state university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The university holds prestigious accreditations from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). Known for its pioneering academic initiatives, DDU was the first university in Gujarat to introduce a Nanotechnology course and an integrated BE+MBA program.
