Admission Process & Course Eligibility Overview


A. Admission Process (UPSEE / Counselling / Direct Admission Reporting)

The admission process at GNIOT Group of Institutions is systematic and student-friendly. Candidates allotted seats through UPSEE / AKTU Counselling or applying through direct admission must follow the steps outlined below.


Step-by-Step Admission Process

Step-1: Collection of Admission Forms & Documents

All students allotted seats through UPSEE Counselling must report to the Admission Coordinator with the original UPSEE Seat Allotment Letter and collect the following:

  • Prospectus

  • Fee Structure (Form No. 1)

  • List of Required Documents (Form No. 2)

  • Request Letter for Issue of Admission Form (Form No. 3)

  • Anti-Ragging Affidavit by Student (Form No. 5)

  • Anti-Ragging Affidavit by Parents (Form No. 6)

  • Temporary I.D. Card Form (Form No. 7)

  • Gap Year Affidavit (Form No. 8 – if applicable)

  • Scholarship Request Letter (Form No. 9 – if applicable)

  • Scholarship Form (Form No. 10)

  • Scholarship Affidavit by Student (Form No. 11)

  • Scholarship Affidavit by Parent (Form No. 12)

  • Bus Pass Form (Form No. 13 – if transport is required)

  • Hostel Registration Form (Form No. 14 – if hostel is required)

  • Hostel Affidavit (Form No. 15)

  • I.D. Generation Form (Form No. 16)

  • Loan Letter (if applicable)


Step-2: Scholarship Verification (If Applicable)

Students eligible for SC / ST / OBC / GEN / MINORITY scholarships under Samaj Kalyan Office guidelines must:

  • Submit Scholarship Request Form (Form No. 9)

  • Contact the Scholarship Coordinator

  • Deposit required documents for verification

Upon verification, tuition fee relaxation or scholarship approval is granted as per Samaj Kalyan norms.


Step-3: Issue of Admission File

Students must submit:

  • Request Letter for Admission (Form No. 3)

  • Photocopies of required documents

After verification, permission is granted for issuing the Admission File, which includes:

  • Admission Application Form (Form No. 4)

  • I.D. Generation Form (Form No. 16)


Step-4: Completion of Admission File

Candidates must:

  • Report to the Waiting Room

  • Fill Admission Form (Form No. 4)

  • Submit self-attested photocopies of documents (as per Form No. 2)


Step-5: File Verification & Fee Slip

After completing the admission file:

  • Contact the respective File Coordinator (Branch-wise)

  • Get I.D. generation approval

  • Obtain Fee Deposit Slip


Step-6: Fee Submission

Deposit:

  • Academic Fee

  • Hostel Fee (if applicable)
    at the Accounts Section


Step-7: Hostel Allotment (Optional)

Students opting for hostel must:

  • Contact Hostel Warden

    • Girls: Reception of Girls Hostel

    • Boys: New Boys Hostel

  • Submit Hostel Registration Form (Form No. 14)

  • Provide proof of hostel fee payment


Step-8: Transport Facility (Optional)

Students opting for transport facility must:

  • Contact Transport In-charge

  • Submit Bus Pass Form (Form No. 13)

  • Deposit required transport fees


Step-9: Reporting to Institute

After completing all formalities, students must report to the institute as per the schedule mentioned on the official website.
