Admission Process at GNIOT Group of Institutions

The admission process at GNIOT Group of Institutions is a well-structured and transparent procedure. Candidates allotted seats through UPSEE counseling are required to follow the below steps to ensure a smooth admission experience.

Step 1: Collection of Forms

Candidates who have been allotted seats through UPSEE Counseling need to collect the following documents from the Admission Coordinator after presenting the original UPSEE Seat Allotment Letter.

Step 2: Scholarship Process

If a candidate is eligible for scholarships under SC/ST/OBC/GEN/MIN categories, they should contact the Scholarship Coordinator after submitting Form No. 9 and the required documents. The coordinator will verify the documents and provide details for relaxation of Tuition Fee/Scholarship as per the guidelines of the Samaj Kalyan Office.

Step 3: Admission File Collection

Once candidates have submitted the Request Letter (Form No. 3) and provided photocopies of documents listed in Form No. 3, they can contact the Admission Coordinator for the issuance of the Admission File. The Admission File will contain:

Step 4: Submission of Admission Forms

After receiving the Admission File, candidates must proceed to the Waiting Room, where they will complete the Admission Form (Form No. 4) and I.D. Generation Form (Form No. 16). Along with the completed forms, candidates must submit self-attested photocopies of documents listed in Form No. 2 to complete their admission file.

Step 5: Document Verification

Once the admission forms and required documents are complete, candidates should approach the respective File Coordinators at the Branch-wise Counter for the I.D. generation and Fee Deposit Slip.

Step 6: Fee Payment

After receiving the Fee Deposit Slip from the Coordinator, candidates are required to deposit the Academic/Hostel Fee at the Accounts Section of the institute.

Step 7: Hostel Registration

For candidates opting for the Institute Hostel, they need to contact the Hostel Warden at the Girls Hostel Reception (for female candidates) or the New Boys Hostel Reception (for male candidates) to complete the hostel room booking process. Candidates must bring the Hostel Registration Form (Form No. 14) and a photocopy of the Hostel Fee Deposit Receipt.

Step 8: Transport Facility

Candidates opting for the Institute Transport Facility must approach the Transport In-charge along with Form No. 13 for the issuance of the Bus Pass after depositing the required fees.

Step 9: Final Reporting

After completing all the above formalities, candidates are required to report to the Institute on the scheduled date mentioned on the official website for final enrollment.
