This guide covers the step-by-step admission process for all programs – undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral – for the academic year 2026.
Step 1: Choose Your Program
Decide the program or course you want to apply for.
Programs are available across Engineering, Management, IT & Computer Applications, Sciences, Humanities, Design, Law, Media, Hospitality, and Research.
Step 2: Check Eligibility
Review the eligibility criteria for your chosen program.
Undergraduate programs: 10+2 marks from a recognized board.
Postgraduate programs: Graduation marks from a recognized university in a relevant field.
Doctoral programs: Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with required marks.
For some courses, entrance test scores may also be required.
Step 3: Prepare Required Documents
Keep scanned copies ready for uploading:
10th and 12th mark sheets (for UG programs)
Graduation mark sheets and degree certificate (for PG programs)
Entrance exam scorecards (if applicable)
Identity proof (Aadhar card, passport, etc.)
Recent passport size photographs
Category or eligibility certificate (if applicable)
Any other document specified by the university
Step 4: Fill Online Application Form
Complete the online application form available during the admission window.
Enter personal details, academic details, contact information, and chosen course.
Double-check all entries before submission.
Step 5: Upload Documents
Upload all scanned documents carefully.
Ensure clarity and correct format.
Incomplete uploads may delay processing.
Step 6: Pay Application Fee
Pay the application or registration fee as specified by the university.
Payment is required to complete the application submission.
Step 7: Application Confirmation
After successful submission and payment, save the confirmation receipt.
This will be required for further steps including counselling and verification.
Step 8: Selection & Merit List
The university will review all applications.
Shortlisting is based on:
Qualifying exam marks

Merit order for the specific course
The merit list or shortlisted candidates list will be published.
Step 9: Counselling / Interaction
Some programs require counselling or interaction for verification.
Attend the session on the notified date with original documents.
The counselling session may include:

Step 10: Seat Allotment
Seats are allotted based on merit, counselling performance (if applicable), and availability.
Confirm your seat once it is allotted.
Step 11: Fee Payment
Pay the course fee to confirm admission.

Keep the payment receipt safe.
Step 12: Document Verification
Original documents must be verified at the campus.

Step 15: Commencement of Classes
