ICFAI University, Tripura was established in 2004 through an Act of State Legislature (Tripura Act 8 of 2004). The University has been approved by the University Grants Commission, under the UGC Act, 1956. The University offers Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral programs in management, finance, science and technology, information technology, education, law and other areas. The University campus based at Agartala is a lush green campus spread over 32 acres at Kamalghat Sadar, Tripura. It has over 6 lakhs sq. ft. of built-up area with academic blocks, workshops, laboratories, faculty rooms, auditorium, seminar halls, computer labs with latest computing facility, well equipped library, canteen, sports and recreation facilities. The campus also provides the latest teaching aids. The University is being widely recognized as an institution devoted to quality research and teaching. ICFAI University UG Admission 2024

ICFAI University, Tripura offers various UG courses under its undergraduate degree programmes in a diverse range of fields. Some of these courses have different specializations under them, a list of these courses is mentioned below.

ICFAI University UG Admission-Eligibility and Admission Criteria

For admissions to the undergraduate degree courses at the ICFAI University, Tripura, the candidates are required to have passed their higher secondary examinations from a recognized institution/board. The candidates have to qualify some specific eligibility criterias for the desired course. The list of all the UG courses offered and their eligibility criterias is given below.

B.Tech.	Candidates are required to have passed with 45% and above aggregate marks in Class XII (or its equivalent) with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as subjects. Candidates are required to have appeared IUTAT / JEE (Main) / TBJEE/ Other State/ National Level Engineering Entrance Tests.
BCA	Candidates are required to have passed in Class XII.

B.Sc	Candidates are required to have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects from recognized boards.
BA-LL.B (Hons.)	Candidates are required to have passed with 45% aggregate and above in Class XII examinations or equivalent. The scores of CLAT and any other National / State Level Law Entrance Test will also be considered, subject to securing minimum of 45% marks in the respective exam

LLB	Candidates are required to have passed with 45% and above aggregate marks in graduation (any discipline) or equivalent.
HIM	Candidates are required to have passed 10+2 exam or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks.
BA	Candidates are required to have passed Class XII (any discipline) with 40% and above marks in English.
B.Ed	Candidates are required to have passed with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and/or in the Masters degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanities, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto.
B.P.Ed.	Candidates are required to have passed a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

ICFAI University PG Admission-Eligibility and Admission Criteria

For admissions to the postgraduate courses at the ICFAI University, Tripura, the candidates are required to fulfill the eligibility and admission criterias for the same. The basic criteria includes completion of their relevant undergraduate degree from a recognized institution/university. M.TECH	Candidates are required to have completed B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering with 60% aggregate marks.
MCA	Candidates are required to have completed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree. OR Passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level and have obtained at least 45% marks in the qualifying Examination.
M.SC	Candidates are required to have completed graduation in the relevant subject with minimum 45% marks.
MBA	Candidates are required to have completed Graduation in any discipline with 45% and above aggregate marks. Candidates are required to have a valid score of CAT / XAT / MAT / CMAT /ICFAI University Tripura Admission Test.
MCom	Candidates are required to have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Pass or Hons) from any recognized University/ Institution with 45% marks in aggregate or equivalent grades.
LLM	Candidates are required to have completed bachelor’s degree in Law (Recognized by Bar Council of India) with at least 50% marks or an equivalent cumulative grade point average from any Indian University recognized by UGC or any equivalent degree offered by a foreign University.
MA	Candidates are required to have completed Graduation with 45%marks.
M.Ed	Candidates are required to have completed a B.Ed. degree or a relevant degree from a recognized university.
M.LIB. I. SC.	Candidates are required to have completed a Bachelor of Library Science or a Bachelor of Library and Information Science.
