Jamshedpur Women’s College, now known as Jamshedpur Women’s University (JWU), is a prestigious institution located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Established in 1953 by Mrs. Perin C. Mehta, the college has grown into a full-fledged women’s university, upgraded in 2019 under the Jharkhand State University Amendment Act. It was previously a constituent autonomous college of Kolhan University, Chaibasa, and is accredited with an 'A' grade by NAAC.

• New Campus: Features a nine-storey academic complex housing faculties, laboratories, a central library, and a 500-bed women's hostel.

• Library: Named after the founder, the Perin Mehta Memorial Library includes a wide collection of books, journals, and digital learning resources.

• Hostels: Two main hostels—Mahadevi Verma and CV Raman—provide accommodation and amenities for around 150 students.
