Jai Narain Vyas University is a public University which is located in Jodhpur and known as Jodhpur university it was established in the year 1962 and inaugurated by Hon'ble President of India Dr. S. Radhakrishnan and JNVU is recognized by University Grant Commission [UGC] and was given an ‘A’ grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council [NACC].
Jodhpur University is the westernmost university in the country sharing the border of Pakistan. Jodhpur University has associations with universities in Barmer, Jaisalmer, Jalore, Jodhpur, and Pali. In the western part of Rajasthan State Jodhpur university is now a divisional and residential university. JNVU Affiliated Colleges strictly follow the norms and standards of Jodhpur University in giving the Quality Education
The University strives to give education not only to the Indian Citizens of the Desert/border districts but also to the children of Defence/Paramilitary forces and other organizations which are thoroughly working for the development of this prestigious nation. Currently, there are four Government colleges and five academic campuses working under JNVU. Jodhpur University admission can be done online through the official website of the University.
