Overview

JIET, a private, independent organization connected to Bikaner Technical University, was founded in 2003. The 45-acre campus has a 'A' grade from the NAAC for accreditation. JIET provides a range of engineering, management, and design undergraduate and graduate degrees. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has granted the institute recognition under Section 2(f).

Admission Process:

• Undergraduate Programs: JEE Main scores, REAP, or CBSE 12th results are used to determine admission.
  
• Postgraduate Programs:GATE scores for M.Tech programs and CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT scores for MBA programs are used to determine admission. 

Eligibility Criteria for 2025 Admissions

Undergraduate Programs

• B.Tech:A minimum of 45% in 10+2 is required for a B.Tech degree, with mathematics and physics as required courses and chemistry, biology, computer science, and biotechnology as electives.
• B.Des: Minimum 50% aggregate in 10+2 from any stream.
• BBA/BCA:Minimum 45% aggregate in 10+2 from any stream.​

Postgraduate Programs

• MBA:Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories) and valid scores in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT.
• M.Tech: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks and valid GATE scores.
• MCA:Bachelor's degree with Mathematics as a subject and a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. .
