Medicaps University – Placement Process

1. Student Registration
   Eligible students register with the Training & Placement Cell by submitting required details and updated resumes.

2. Pre-Placement Training
   Students receive comprehensive training in aptitude, technical skills, communication skills, resume building, and interview preparation.

3. Corporate Invitation
   The Training & Placement Cell invites companies for campus recruitment and shares student profiles and academic details.

4. Pre-Placement Talk (PPT)
   Recruiting companies conduct pre-placement talks to explain job roles, company culture, compensation structure, and career growth opportunities.

5. Application & Shortlisting
   Interested students apply for roles, and companies shortlist candidates based on eligibility criteria and profiles.

6. Assessment Rounds
   Candidates appear for online or offline assessments such as aptitude tests, technical tests, coding rounds, group discussions, or case studies, as applicable.

7. Interview Rounds
   Shortlisted candidates participate in technical and HR interviews conducted by the recruiting organizations.

8. Offer Declaration
   Selected candidates receive official offer letters from the recruiting companies through the university.

9. Acceptance & Joining
   Students accept the offers and receive onboarding and joining instructions from the respective companies.

10. Post-Placement Support
    The Training & Placement Cell provides support with documentation, joining formalities, and pre-joining engagement if required.
