History & Legacy
Originally known as Saharsa College, the institution was renamed in honor of Rai Saheb Manohar Lal Tekriwal, a significant benefactor. In 1974, it became a constituent unit of Lalit Narayan University and later transitioned to BNMU. The college has played a pivotal role in spreading education across the Koshi division of Bihar.
