Bank:The State Bank of India is located next to the main gate of the institute. It sells application forms for significant national level exams, including JEE, GATE, and CAT. It is used to conduct online fee transactions. It has two ATMs, one within the bank and one outside the sports stadium.

Hostel:All students admitted to the various programs are provided with the latest amenities. There are twenty hostel blocks for men and two hostel blocks for women. The hostel executive committee decides routine affairs. The NIT Warangal hostel office includes a complete complement of support staff and other employees.

Mess:The government runs two non-vegetarian messes on the NIT Warangal campus. It runs on a no-profit, no loss premise and caters to the preferences of students from across the country. The students elect mess delegates, and a mess warden oversees the proper operation of the messes. 

Library:It is located in a separate structure with a plinth area of 4000 square meters. The NIT Warangal library has around 1,79,797 books, back volumes, technical papers, standards, CD-ROMs, video cassettes, and e-books. The books cost a total of Rs 10 crores, and the library has 3200 e-journal subscriptions. Through the e-shodhsindhu consortium, it also receives 4645 e-journals. The central library's services and operations are computerised. Koha software was used to establish a database of all library acquisitions at the NIT Warangal.

Post Office:NIT Warangal has a post office. The campus has a postal delivery office that is part of a separate postal zone. The post office is open from Monday to Friday (10 am to 5 pm). On Saturdays, it is open from 9 am to 2 pm.
