PCCE offers B.E. programs in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, and Mechanical Engineering.

Applicants must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Biology/Technical Vocational/Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Practices/Agriculture/Engineering Graphics/Business Studies, securing at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC). Alternatively, candidates with a Diploma in Engineering & Technology with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC) are also eligible.

Admission to PCCE is conducted through the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Goa, based on the Goa Common Entrance Test (GCET) scores. For management quota seats, applications can be submitted directly to the college.

Under the AICTE TFW Scheme, up to 5% of the sanctioned intake per course is available as supernumerary seats for candidates whose parents' annual income is less than Rs. 8,00,000. The waiver applies only to the tuition fee, and other fees must be paid by the student.
