Sai Nath University

Sai Nath University (SNU), established in 2012 under the Jharkhand State Act, is a UGC-recognized private institution located at Jirawar, Chandway-Kuchu Road, Ormanjhi, Ranchi. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs across faculties such as Science & Technology, Agriculture, Pharmacy, Law, Education, Nursing, and Management.

Admissions Process

Prospective students can apply online via the university’s admission portal. After submission of the application form and fee, candidates must upload attested copies of their qualifying mark sheets, transfer certificate, and other supporting documents. Selection is primarily merit-based (marks in qualifying exams), with additional processes—such as group discussions or personal interviews—applicable for certain programs like the MBA.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech & Engineering: 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics plus one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology; minimum 45% aggregate (40% for reserved categories).

• BBA/BCA/B.Sc: 10+2 with at least 40% marks; English as a compulsory subject for BBA and BCA applicants.

• B.Pharm/D.Pharm: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and one of Mathematics/Biology; 50% aggregate.

• LLB/BA-LLB: Graduation in any discipline for LLB; 10+2 for BA-LLB; merit-based selection.

• MBA: Bachelor’s degree (3-year or more) with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved); valid score in national entrance tests such as CAT, MAT, XAT, or CMAT preferred; selection includes group discussion and interview.

• M.Tech/MCA/M.Ed.: Relevant bachelor’s degree with 50% marks (45% for reserved).
