Sarguja University

Established on September 2, 2008, Sarguja University, officially known as Sant Gahira Guru Vishwavidyalaya, is a state university located in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh. It serves as a teaching-cum-affiliating institution, overseeing 75 affiliated colleges across six districts: Surguja, Surajpur, Balrampur, Jashpur, Koriya, and Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur.

The university is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It also holds approvals from AICTE, BCI, PCI, and MHRD.
