Shri Tulja Bhavani College of Engineering, [STBCE] Osmanabad was established by Shri Tuljabhavani Temple Trust on September 19, 1983. It is built over an area of 65 acres of land. The college is affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. It is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). 

The college aims to impart quality and value-based education to raise the satisfaction of all stakeholders with a special focus on rural masses.
