Siddharth Institute of Engineering & Technology, [SIETK] Puttur was established in the year 2001 and it has emerged as a center for excellence in Engineering and Management education. It is an autonomous college that is accredited by the National Board of Accreditations [NBA] for five programs & NAAC with an ‘A’ grade. The institution is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur. SIETK is also an ISO 9001: 2008 certified institution.

SIETK courses include graduate and post-graduate degrees in the field of engineering, MCA & MBA. The institution is recognized as “Best Engineering Colleges in South India” for excellence in education in 2013 by ASSOCHAM. Siddharth Institute of Engineering & Technology Admissions:

Admission to courses in SIETK is based on past academic merit and scores in the qualifying examinations followed by an entrance test and counseling. For admission in B.Tech, 70% of the seats are allotted based on the merit in EAMCET and 30% of the seats are reserved for NRI students. Diploma holders are admitted in the 2nd year of B.Tech to the extent and 10% intake is based on the merit in ECET, under the lateral entry scheme. For MBA and MCA admissions, 70% of the seats are allotted based on the merit in ICET and 30% of the seats are reserved for NRI students.
