Supreme Knowledge Foundation Group of Institutions, Hooghly was established in the year 2009 in West Bengal. The institution is one of the leading management and engineering colleges in East India. The institution was established due to the efforts of Prof. Biswas, Mr. Bijoy Guha Mallick the social entrepreneur among other eminent figures.

The institute aims to deliver top-class education to students in the field of technology and business studies with the help of holistically designed programs. The campus is spread across an area of 10 acres. It has grown since 2009 to include several research centers and incubation centers. The faculty are experienced PhDs, working as supervisors with different universities.

SKFGI B.Tech in Civil Engineering:

The intake for the course is 30 and lateral entry is possible from 2nd year for 6 seats. Civil engineers are nowadays involved in various aspects of viz. environmental pollution, energy conservation, infrastructure restoration, and public safety. The labs are spacious and well-equipped. At Supreme Knowledge Foundation Group of Institutions diploma is also available for civil and mechanical Engg.

SKFGI B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering:

The intake for the course is 30 and lateral entry is possible from 2nd year for 6 seats. Mechanical engineers find employment in myriad industries such as automobiles, space research, aeronautical, energy and utilities, air conditioning, bio-mechanical industry, etc.

SKFGI B.Tech in Electrical Engineering:

The intake for the course is 30 and lateral entry is possible from 2nd year for 6 seats. The Department has a research centre-Centre for Renewable and Non-Conventional Energy Studies and Research, a joint venture with NB Institute for Rural Technology, Kolkata.

SKFGI M.Tech in Electrical Engineering:

The intake for this course is 18. The doctoral program is also offered in various specialized domains of Electrical Engineering and multi-disciplinary areas. The research scholars are enrolled in institutions like Jadavpur University, Indian Institute of Science and Technology, and MAKAUT.

SKFGI B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering:

The intake for the course is 30 and lateral entry is possible from 2nd year for 12 seats. Students can count on the well-equipped laboratories, central and departmental libraries.

SKFGI B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering:

The intake for the course is 30, 3 by TFW route, and lateral entry is possible from 2nd year for 12 seats. The curriculum has been set to provide the students with a knowledge base in the fundamentals of Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science and Engineering.

SKFGI M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering:

Research is carried out mainly in the areas of Image Processing: Pattern-Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Soft Computing, Web and Data Mining and Business Intelligence, Grid Computing, Intelligence Tutoring System (ITS), Big Data, Cloud Computing, and Signal Processing. The intake for the course is 18.

The mode of learning is interactive and collaborative so that the students are equipped with knowledge on the best practices in Academia and Industry. The Industry Institute Partnership (IIP) Cell at Supreme Knowledge Foundation Group Mankundu facilitates Corporate Guest Lectures (CGL), Internship Programmes, Industrial Tours, Live Projects, and Management Consulting.

Supreme Knowledge Foundation Group of Institutions Eligibility Criteria:

Admission to SKFGI occurs via WBJEE counselling process or directly through management quota. The courses are taught in English.

Supreme Knowledge Foundation Group of Institutions Admissions:

The institution admissions can be done online on the official website of the university. The candidate needs to attach all the necessary documents with the admissions form.

• For B.Tech, the admission occurs via WBJEE counseling or directly.
• For M.Tech, the admission occurs via a personal interview with the GATE score in hand.
• Diploma admissions take place directly or through JEXPO Counselling 
• For B.B.A, B. Optometry, and BCA, a WBCET rank is desirable but not necessary. Admission can be taken directly.

Supreme Knowledge Foundation Group of Institutions Cut Off:

WBJEE is the statewide engineering entrance examination of West Bengal. The SKFGI cut off for 2021 is set according to its merit list. Admission based on management quota occurs through an interview.
