Established in 1998 by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kottar and administered under the Diocese of Kuzhithurai, St. Xavier’s Catholic College of Engineering (SXCCE) in Kanyakumari District is an autonomous institution since 2022 affiliated with Anna University. It is approved by AICTE, recognized by UGC under sections 2(f) & 12(B), accredited "A" by NAAC (valid to December 2027) and has NBA accreditation across its core engineering programs
