The 18-month program is delivered over three semesters:

1. Semester 1 & 2 (Core Courses):
   Subjects include Managerial Communication, Management Accounting, Marketing Management, Managerial Economics, HR Management, Financial Management, Operations & MIS, Business Research Methods, Business Law, Leadership & Organizational Behavior and more.

2. Semester 3 (Specialization + Final Project):

   • Elective specialization courses in one functional area (like Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, etc.)

   • Final Independent Project applied to real business context.
