The college has been established in 2006 mainly to cater to the need of the pupils who are desirous to pursue their career in aviation industry. The institute provides the best infrastructure facilities along with the equally competent teaching faculty and perfect academic ambience to make learning and the course a delightful experience. TIAT is approved by Directorate General of Civil Aviation [DGCA], Government of India to impart ab-initio training in the field of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. The mission of TIAT  has set upon itself a responsibility of providing quality education about aviation industry to the students which are comparable to international standards. The college prepares the students perfectly for the aviation industry. The management team and the faculty of TIAT are committed to render quality technical education and is continuously striving to improve its effectiveness by opting various methods through efforts. The vision of TIAT is only to mould students and make good Engineers.

Eligibility Criteria at TIAT

  • The candidate must pass 10+2 exam or equivalent
  • Diploma in Industrial Science 10th Pass
Aircraft Maintenance Engineering [Mechanical]The candidates shall have passed minimum 10+2 in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognised board or University or its equivalent.
Aircraft Maintenance Engineering [Avionics]
The candidates shall have passed minimum 10+2 class in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognised board or university or its equivalent.

Admission Procedure at TIAT

  • The applications for admission can be available in the prescribed form along with the prospectus at the college.
  • The eligible candidates seeking admission to the courses should submit their application form complete in all respect, together with necessary documents to the institute's office as per the schedule issued by the institute.
  • For the Foreign National & NRI candidates seeking admission to the course should submit the necessary security clearance document from Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India through DGCA.
  • The selection for admission will be strictly based on inter-se-merit of the eligible and deserving candidates.
  • The List of the selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board indicating the date of interview.

Hostel Details at TIAT Mumbai

  • The college though has limited accommodation for the students still pupils can apply after their admission.
  • The allotment of the hostel is done only on the basis of student's academic credentials and his/ her location.
