AIT Pune

Army Institute of Technology (AIT Pune) is a reputed private engineering college situated in Pune, Maharashtra, established in 1994 exclusively for wards of army personnel. Undergraduate (BE) Programs

Prime Minister Scholarship Scheme

2. Education Scholarship Scheme for Army Personnel (ESSA)

• Who is eligible? Wards of serving Army/MNS personnel under 25 years as of course completion.

• Award: ₹6,000 one-time grant. 

3. DIAV Scholarship

• Eligible category: Wards of military personnel who died on duty.

• Funding: ₹50,000 + a one-time computer grant. 

4. Pragati (Girls Only)

• For: Female first-year students from families with ≤ ₹8 lakh annual income (max two daughters).

• Support: ₹30,000 tuition + ₹2,000/month (10 months).
