Established on April 2, 1927, by Sir Henry Wheeler, then Governor of Bihar & Orissa, Bihar Veterinary College (BVC) is the fifth oldest veterinary college in undivided India. Located in the heart of Patna, Bihar, BVC is a constituent college of Bihar Animal Sciences University (BASU).
