Eligibility Criteria for Bachelor of Engineering in ECE (Lateral)

To be eligible for admission into the Lateral Entry program for B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Diploma Holder: 3 years of a Diploma in Engineering/Technology with at least 50% marks.
  • B.Sc. Graduate: A B.Sc. Degree from a recognized university, with at least 50% marks, and the candidate must have completed 10+2 with Mathematics as a subject.

Additionally, the candidate must have completed basic science, mathematics, and program core courses in the first year of their diploma/B.Sc. degree. If any prerequisites are deficient, candidates will need to complete bridge courses as specified by the equivalence committee.
