CMC Vellore was set up in 1900 and founded by missionary Dr. Ida S. Scudder. It is a private institution in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. CMC Vellore Admission

Christian Medical College, [CMC] Vellore reserves 84 seats out of 100 for minority students, whereas 16 seats are available to all, and three seats are allocated for SC/ST and OBC students for the MBBS program. NEET UG test scores are required for those applying to the MBBS program. A computer-based test and interview will be used to select students for B.Sc, BOT, BPT, BPO, and diploma programs. For M.Tech and M.S. applications, GATE scores are necessary. The computer-based test consists of 25 physics, chemistry, or mathematics questions and 15 general knowledge questions.

CMC Vellore result will be released twice, once after the written exam and again after the special tests and interviews. Candidates will be able to access their results via the internet. The board will reveal the names of candidates who have passed their written exam and are eligible for the interview round. The list of students invited to interview will be posted on the college and main hospital campuses' notice boards. The board will announce the results of the shortlisted candidates after the special test and interview round.

CMC Vellore has an alliance with Weill Cornell Medical College and has sponsored a cervical cancer screening program, running for nearly 20 years, that has reduced Tamil Nadu's cervical cancer mortality rate by more than 35 percent in collaboration with CMC's Rural Unit for Health and Social Affairs.
