DUK Eligibility Criteria

Students must meet the minimum eligibility criteria in order to be able to apply for a course. Mentioned below are the eligibility criteria of the major courses offered by the University.

DUK M.Sc Eligibility

• The candidate must have passed BE/ B.Tech in the relevant branch/ BCA/ B.Sc in CS or IT or Maths or Statistics or Physics or Life Sciences or Biotechnology or Environmental Science or Geography or Geology or Horticulture or Forestry or Agriculture/ B.Voc with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (or 55% aggregate marks for reserved candidates) or CGPA of 6.5 out of 10 point scale of CGPA from any recognized university/institution.

DUK M.Tech Eligibility

• The candidate must have passed BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering or Automobile Engineering or Robotics or IoT or Computer Science or Information Technology or alike branches/ M.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering/ Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (or 55% aggregate marks for reserved candidates) or 6.5 out of 10 point scale of CGPA from any recognized university/institution.

DUK PhD Eligibility

• The candidate must have passed M.Sc/ MCA/ M.Tech/ MBA/ MA/ M.Com with the relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (or 50% marks for reserved candidates) or 6.0 out of 10 point scale of CGPA from any recognized university/ institution.
• UGC-NET/ CSIR-JRF/ DRT-JRF/ GATE is also mandatory to get qualified for PhD courses and candidates who have passed these are exempted from written tests and will only be appearing for a personal interview.
