LIBRARY

In order to support diverse range of courses run by the institution the ever expanding library has a diverse collection of more than forty five thousand books on virtually every discipline run by this institution; besides a huge collection of periodicals, journals and up-to-date reference materials. The library is frequently updated to meet specialised needs of novel and allied courses. There are different sections for reference, textbooks, newspapers and magazines. Students can benefit from reference section during the working hours. In other cases the books are available to the students for the period of 15 days. A fine of 50 paisa per day will be charged for the books remaining with the student after the expiry of 15 days. The students can also visit the reading room during the working hours and go through national and local daily newspapers and magazines during vacant sessions.

SPORTS

College has a splendid play ground adjacent to the college spread over lush green acreage of over 12 acres of land. It has tracks/courts for over half a dozen games and has an electrifying atmosphere every afternoon the students throng it for various games. In order to involve all the students in sports activities, The college doesn’t disappoint those who want to workout their stress within the four walls. It has a modern gym center besides table tennis, chess and carrom facilities housed in a spacious structure. For the girl students, college has a mini-gym station.
For participation in various sports activities/events students are advised to contact the Physical Director, Mr. M. B. Singh Sports and Games being an integral part of Barmulla College's total Educational Programme, the following facilities are developed and maintained over the years for the students.

MEDICAL FACILITY

The College offers the services of an on-campus first aid center manned by a Registered Medical Practitioner. All primary medical facilities are provided. In cases of emergency, the services of the nearby District Hospital are availed through a swift mobility mechanism.

HOSTEL

The college at present has seperate Boys and Girls hostels with ample capacity for its male and female students. The hostel provides co-operative mess facility managed by a committee of students duly elected by the hostel boarders under the guidance and supervision of the Superintendent.
