About the Course

The Five Year B.A. LL.B (Hons.) is a fully integrated undergraduate law programme designed to combine legal education with social sciences and humanities. The programme enables students to earn dual expertise in Arts and Law, preparing them for diverse careers in litigation, judiciary, corporate law, public service, academia, and policy-making.

The curriculum integrates subjects such as Political Science, Sociology, Economics, and History with core areas of law including Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and International Law. Emphasis is placed on analytical thinking, legal research, advocacy skills, and ethical practice.

Students are trained through case studies, moot courts, trial advocacy, court visits, legal aid clinics, internships, and research projects, ensuring strong practical exposure along with academic depth.

Eligibility Criteria

• Passed 10+2 examination with minimum 45% marks

• English must be a compulsory subject

• 5% relaxation for candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC (Uttarakhand category)

• Candidate must be below 20 years of age as on 1st July 2025

• Students from Arts / Commerce / Science streams are eligible
