About the Course

The Five Year B.B.A. LL.B (Hons.) is a five-year integrated undergraduate programme offered under the School of Law at IMS Unison University. The programme is designed for students who wish to build a strong foundation in business administration along with legal education immediately after completing Class 12.

This integrated course enables students to graduate with dual expertise in management and law, preparing them for careers in corporate law, business consulting, litigation, policy-making, and entrepreneurship. The programme follows a semester-based structure and combines theoretical learning with extensive practical exposure through case studies, moot courts, internships, workshops, and industry interaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Passed 10+2 examination with minimum 45% marks

• English must be a subject at 10+2 level

• 5% relaxation for candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC (Uttarakhand Category)

• Candidate must be below 20 years of age as on 1st July 2025

Admission Process

Admission to the Five Year B.B.A. LL.B (Hons.) programme is conducted through a merit-based selection process, followed by:

• General Aptitude Test (GAT)

• Personal Interview (PI)

• CLAT / LSAT scores, if available, are given due weightage

Candidates can apply:

• Offline by submitting the registration form at the Admission Office

Registration Fee: ₹1,000 (Non-refundable)

Fee Structure 2026–27

1. All India Category (75% Seats)

Includes:
Admission Fee, Tuition Fee, Development Fee, Examination Fee, Student Welfare Fee, and Refundable Security Deposit.

2. Uttarakhand State Category (25% Seats)

Note: 25% seats are reserved for Uttarakhand domicile candidates and are allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
