Admissions to B.Tech programs are primarily based on JEE Main scores and through REAP (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process). Candidates must also meet the eligibility criteria of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

For B.Tech, candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in PCM. They must also qualify in JEE Main or REAP.
