University of Kota (UOK)

UOK has been included in the list of Universities maintained by the UGC Act, 1956 on 23rd February 2004 and finally received Central Assistance in terms of rules framed under section 12(B) of the UGC Act, 1956 as per Decision of Commission dated 22nd October 2012. UOK Departments

UOK has 6 disciplines, namely Arts, Commerce and Management, Education, Law, Science, and Social Science. Under the umbrella of the University of Kota, presently, around 180+ colleges are offering various academic programs. The various faculties offered at the UOK are as follows.

UOK Placements

UOK's placement cell is very aggressive in making its students get placed. The official Kota University placement 2024 report has not been released by the university yet. The report submitted to NIRF states that 10 students got placed in the PG 2-year program with a median package of INR 2 LPA. The students of UOK who have completed their degrees or who are in the final year of their studies are eligible to appear for the placement drives. The University of Kota has a Placement and Counseling Cell that manages all placement-related activities.
