Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech

• Candidate must have passed 10+2 examinations.
• Candidate must have studied PCM as compulsory subjects.

Eligibility Criteria for MBA

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree obtained through a 10+2+3 system.

Eligibility Criteria for MCA

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree obtained through 10+2+3 degree system.

Application Process for MBS College of Engineering and Technology, Jammu

OMR Application Form - Scannable

• The application form should be filled in BLOCK LETTERS in English, using black ball point pen.
• Candidates are advised to first fill the office copy of the application form and than finally scannnable OMR Application form by darkening the appropriate circle.
• Incomplete application form will be rejected.
• any overwriting, cutting or erasing in the application form will lead to rejection of the form.

Submission of Application Form

• Filled in application form can be submitted personally in the office of
  Dy. Registrar in Administrative Block,
  MBS College of Engineering & Technology,
  Jeevan Nagar,
  Babliana Jammu
• College is not responsible for postal loss or postal delay.
• Once the application form is submitted, no alteration will be allowed thereafter.

Certificates to be Attached 

• Certificate of permanent residence.
• Marks certificate of the qualifying examination issued by the concerned Board.
• Date of birth as given in matriculation or equivalent examination certificate.

Instructions for Photographs

• 5 recent high contrast passport size similar photographs with the light background are required.
• The photograph must be recent.
• The photograph must be snapped with a placard indicating the name of the candidate and the date of taking photograph.
• In case name and date are written on the photograph after taking it, the application will be rejected
• The name and the date on the photograph must be clear and legible
• Cap, goggles, and other accessories not allowed. However, spectacles are allowed.
• One Photograph each should be posted on Scannable Application Form, Non-Scannable Application Form and Application Form Part-II
• The photograph on the Non-Scannable Application form must be self-attested.
• The candidates should submit two more photographs along with the application form
• Application form number should be written at the back side of the photographs

Admission Process for MBS College of Engineering and Technology, Jammu

Admission Process for B.Tech, MBA, MCA

• Counseling will be starting after the announcement MBS Minority Seats Entrance Test.
• Counseling will be held for candidates appearing in the merit list.
• The selection will be made in accordance with the merit and choice of the candidates.
• Admission will be canceled for candidates who were absent for the counseling process.
• No request for a change in the branch is allowed.
• Final List of selected candidates will be made available after the counseling process.
• Waitlisted candidates will be considered for admission according to the number of vacant seats left.
• At the time of Initial Admission to the Institution, every candidate shall have to pay the full annual fee.
• Failure to pay the fees by the last date will lead to cancellation of the seat.
