MIET offers B.Tech in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Civil Engineering, AI & ML, Electrical, Electronics & Communication; BBA, BBA-LLB (Hons), B.Com (Hons), BCA (Hons), and BA (Hons).

Admissions are based on JEE Main or JKCET scores, followed by an online application through the MIET website.
