Guest House:The MSU Baroda campus has a guest house located in the heart of the university, besides the Vice Chancellor's Bungalow. It provides comfortable facilities for staying on campus. It has a total of 30 rooms with different types of comforts.

University Press:The press features machinery worth Rs. 82,07,764.48 in total, including two heavy-duty photocopiers with DTP systems.

Hostel:The MSU Baroda is one of western India's largest hostel campuses. There are 12 boys' hostels and four girls' hostels spread across 100 acres. All students staying in the hostels are given a bed, a cupboard, a table, and a chair in their room. Every MSU Baroda hostel has an automated gas-fired hot water boiler that delivers hot water throughout the winter months. A dining hall, a common hall, and a mike system facility are available in the hostels.
