Nagaland University, established in 1994 as India’s 13th Central University, serves the entire state with four campuses—including the one near Kohima. Home to 44 departments and 69 affiliated colleges, it fosters undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral education across fields like engineering, humanities, sciences, agriculture, and social sciences.
