Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH), established on February 25, 1925, is a premier government medical institution located in Patna, Bihar. Originally known as Prince of Wales Medical College, it was renamed post-independence. PMCH is affiliated with the Bihar University of Health Sciences and is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
PMCH traces its roots to the Temple Medical School, founded in 1874.
