Undergraduate Programs (B.Tech)

Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech Admission 2025

Educational Qualification:
Passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following: Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, IT, Biology, Informatics Practices, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational subject, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, or Entrepreneurship.

Minimum Marks:
At least 45% aggregate marks in the above subjects (40% for reserved category candidates).

Alternatively, candidates with a Diploma in Engineering and Technology with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) are eligible for lateral entry into the B.Tech program.

Postgraduate Programs

M.Tech:
Specializations in Computer Science Engineering, Digital Communication, and Power Systems.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology with a minimum of 55%.
Selection: Valid GATE score.

MBA:
Specializations in HR, Finance, and Marketing.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
Selection: Scores from CAT, MAT, or CMAT.

MCA:
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) and Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level.
Selection: Through RMCAAT.

Admission Process
