Silver Oak Universityoffers a variety of scholarships and fee concessions to support academically strong, financially weaker, and socially deserving students acrossundergraduate, postgraduate, and professional programs.

Scholarship benefits are generally applied to the tuition fee, and students can usually avail only one main scholarship at a time (the most beneficial one applicable).

1. Merit-Based Scholarships

These scholarships are awarded based on a student’s performance in the qualifying examination (Class 12 for UG programs; graduation for PG programs):

A significant percentage of seats may be reserved for Gujarat domicile candidates across programs.

3. Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Scholarship

Students from economically weaker backgrounds (as per government income norms) may receive:

  • 10% fee concession on tuition fees (verified income required).

  • Applicable for the duration as per program and income eligibility.

4. Female Student Scholarship

Silver Oak University provides encouragement for female education through:

  • 5% tuition fee scholarship for female students for the duration of the program.

This applies to applicants of all categories.

5. Scholarship for Wards of Defence / Paramilitary Personnel

Students whose parents are:

  • Serving, retired, or deceased defence & paramilitary personnel
    (e.g., Army, Navy, Air Force, CRPF, ITBP, BSF, etc.)

are eligible for:

  • 5% tuition fee waiver for the entire duration of the degree program, subject to valid certificates.

6. Alumni Scholarship

Alumni of Silver Oak University enrolling in a new program (after completing one from SOU) may receive:

  • 10% scholarship on tuition fees for the first year of the new program.

Proof of previous degree from the university is required.

7. Sibling Scholarship

If a current student has a sibling studying concurrently at Silver Oak University, the new student may be eligible for:

  • 10% tuition fee waiver for the first year, subject to documentation confirming the sibling relationship.

8. Sports & Cultural Achiever Scholarship

Students who represent their state or nation in official competitions in recognized sports and cultural events can be considered for:

  • Scholarship benefits ranging from 10% to 25% tuition waiver, based on participation level and verification of achievement.

Official certificates and endorsements from recognized bodies must be submitted.

General Conditions for Scholarships

  • Only one scholarship is permitted at a time (the highest applicable benefit).

  • Scholarships typically apply only to tuition fees unless specified otherwise.

  • Supporting documents must be authentic and verified (marksheets, domicile certificates, defence certificates, etc.).

  • Scholarship benefits are non-transferable once chosen at the time of admission.
