Established in the year 2002 by Sri Rakesh Gupta, Sri Sai Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital is located in Aligarh. It is affiliated to Chhatrapati Sahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur in U.P and approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicine [C.C.I.M.], New Delhi. Sri Sai Institute of Pharmacy(O.S.C.P.) is also approved by A.I.C.T.E. & P.C.I.(u/s 12) and U.P. State Medical Faculty, Lucknow. It facilitates education courses for undergraduate and postgraduate Ayurveda medicine. 

Sri Sai Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital [SAMC], Aligarh is a college that aims at the welfare of the entire society. It is a homage to Sri Sai Baba of Shirdi from the founder Sri Rakesh Gupta.

Established in the year 2002, Om Sri Sai Shiksha Samiti is registered under Societies Registration Act 1860. Mr. Gupta gifted his rich herbal estate and grove spread over a large area of more than ten acres on the outskirts of Aligarh to the Society for an Ayurvedic College. Sri Sai Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital was the first to award the degree program in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery [B.A.M.S.]. 

The college has adequate staff, X-ray and other equipment, pathological lab, Operation Theatre with wards in the I.P.D. / O.P.D. for the treatment of patients through Ayurveda. Under the department of medicine, a complete unit of Panchkarma is established.

It holds sanction and essential certificates from the Government of the U.P. It also satisfies the primary conditions for the Central Council of Indian Medicine (C.C.I.M.), New Delhi to allocate the adequate number of seats. The C.C.I.M. approved the first intake of 50 Seats in the first year 2002 for admission to the degree course of B.A.M.S.
