The Oxford College of Engineering is located in the middle of the city, on the National Highway-NH 7, in the IT corridor. The ITPL is to the east, and Electronic City is to the south, where the IT, ITES, Software, Telecom, and other service sectors are located. TOCE's world-class infrastructure consists of two seven-story buildings that provide a majestic vista for all motorists on the elevated highway. The Oxford College Of Engineering campus has all the basic facilities for the students

• Library:There are around 12000 books in the library with a variety of titles. There are over 100 periodicals to choose from.
• Classrooms: Classrooms with a gallery feel for the optimum study environment.
• Auditorium: For e-learning, a mini-auditorium has been created.
• Laboratories: Each department has well-equipped laboratories.
• Gymnasium: All students have access to the multi-gym facility starting at 6 a.m.
• Healthcare: Students have access to doctors 24 hours a day, seven days a week; an ambulance is available for transfer in the event of an emergency, and a pharmacy is located on campus.
• Hostel: Boys and girls have their separate hostels.
• Transportation: The college owns a fleet of buses. Students, faculty, and staff members can all use the facility.
• ATM: Vijaya Bank has an outlet inside the campus with 24x7 ATM available
