Veterinary College,Hassan

It is called Veterinary College, Hassan, a constituent college of Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University (KVAFSU), Bidar.

The college was established on 16 August 2007 and began academic operations in the 2007–08 academic year.

It is affiliated with KVAFSU, Bidar, and follows the regulations of the Veterinary Council of India (VCI).

The flagship undergraduate program is B.V.Sc & A.H (Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry), a 5½‑year course including one year of internship.

Postgraduate courses are offered in seven departments in line with ICAR guidelines.
