Women's College Agartala Admission

Women's College(WC), Agartala was started in 1965 and situated in the city Agartala, state of Tripura. The college view to render services to the cause of Higher Education among women of Tripura, particularly those belonging to the tribal and backward communities of the State. The students generally hail from diverse economic, social and cultural backgrounds making this institution an ideal place for the fulfillment of aspirations and expectations of the womenfolk of the State. At present the literacy rate of women of Tripura is about 80 %.

The College is approved by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and Tripura University, West Tripura. The Total land area of the College is 36387sq. mt. and length of the boundary 1265 m. The Library has 50,000 books with well seating arrangement. The college organizes many programmes like NSS, NCC and IT Entrepreneurship Training Programme to enhance the students creativity and skills.
