- Candidates must have passed MBBS Examination and Registered with J&K State Medical Faculty.
- Candidates must be permanent residents of J&K state as defined in section 6 of the Constitution of J&K state.
- Candidates applying under reserved categories given in SRO-126 of 1994, dated 28.06.1994 as amended from time to time.
