Nalbari Polytechnic College
Nalbari Polytechnic College, situated in the serene village of Chandkuchi under Bahjani Mouza in Nalbari district, Assam, was inaugurated on 25th February 2013 by the then Education Minister, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma. Established in 2017 under the Government of Assam's initiative to set up 11 new polytechnics, the college aims to provide quality technical education to the youth of the region.
Affiliation and Approvals:
The college is affiliated with the State Council for Technical Education (SCTE), Assam, and all its diploma programs are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

Nalbari Polytechnic College offers three 3-year full-time diploma programs:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering
Diploma in Printing Technology

Admission Process:
Admissions are based on the Assam Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT). Candidates must have passed the 10th grade with a minimum of 40% marks in Mathematics and Science. The final selection is based on the PAT scores. Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam.
